Greetings: This month we noticed that Uber definitely needs better strategic communication counsel, for it found itself in hot water over several very public incidents. And then there was a headline as to who is controlling whom — algorithms or us? Do we remain in the driver’s seat? And how great is it that small business owners are upping their social media budgets more than the expected digital advertising and search engine optimization?
