McDonald’s teams up with reggaeton star J Balvin, following the success of the fast-food giant’s Travis Scott collaboration – Business Insider

Continuing its celebrity brand partnerships, McDonald’s will be collaborating with reggaeton star J Balvin, announcing the J Balvin Meal. Similarly to the fast-food chains’ previous celebrity partnership with Travis Scott, J Balvin will be promoting his favorite meal, which includes a Big Mac, medium fries with ketchup, and an Oreo McFlurry. The meal will be available to order from October 5 through November 1.

Slack is down… to collaborate on these limited-edition sneakers – The Verge

The latest shoe collaboration has tapped into corporate workplaces. Popular business messaging service, Slack, is teaming up with Cole Haan to create a new pair of limited-edition sneakers. The exclusive, four different sneakers each use one of Slack’s primary colors for the shoe’s sole, plus they’ll have a small Slack logo on the heel cap.

Eskimo Pie Ice Cream Bars Will Be Ditching Its ‘Derogatory’ Brand Name And Changing To Edy’s Pie – Delish

In response to the recent conversation around social activism and brand awareness, Dreyer’s announced the new name for its Eskimo Pie brand as Eskimo is considered derogatory toward natives of the arctic region. The popular chocolate-coated ice cream bar is rebranding its name to “Edy’s Pies,” in honor of the company’s founder, Joseph Edy. The new packaging and name will be on shelves in early 2021.
