Lettire Construction, the company that has retained our agency to develop a new website, has been creating structures that integrate highly sustainable designs that save water and energy, while affording residents and visitors spaces and experiences that inspire new thinking and community. They have built such buildings for decades in the NewYork City area and have a shelf of awards to show for its work in affordable, mid-income and market-rate housing – all of which means mixed-use structures that benefit communities. Still a work in progress, the website is one that shows the company’s projects over the years in ways that enhance appreciation and points out their contributions to residents’ quality of life, including their level of LEED certification, proximity from mass transit, and more.
