The Pollack Group (TPG) is proud to announce its partnership with Customer Management Practice, a complete research, marketing, and business development partner and resource hub for the customer management sector.
CMP has retained the agency to assist with increased brand awareness through a strong public relations strategy and implement a paid and organic social media initiative. Additionally, TPG will execute an influencer relations strategy to build branded engagement during the CMP’s Customer Contact Week (CCW) events throughout 2023. The agency will work with established influencers to curate content that promotes awareness of CMP’s research, information, and public data and highlight prominent thought leaders and keynote speakers.

The first CCW event of the year is set to take place in San Antonio, Texas, from January 30 – February 1, 2023. CCW brings together over 3,000 attendees, 200+ expert speakers, and 150+ solution providers for consecutive days of learning, networking, and brainstorming. For over two decades, CCW has unveiled customer experience trends, provided professional and thought leadership insight, and led keynote presentations by some of the biggest names in the business world.
CCW’s San Antonio event will feature Pro-Football Hall of Fame running back, Emmitt Smith, and will provide attendees with access to cutting-edge content and a vast array of networking opportunities. CCW aims to help businesses succeed by creating and sharing inspiring and thought-provoking content and presentations.
The Pollack Group will also develop a PR strategy to leverage CMP’s research division. The agency will create earned media coverage, provide strategic media counsel, and position CMP’s leadership and analysts as subject matter experts surrounding CMP’s research findings and reports.
For CCW, TPG will build relationships with prominent and relevant reporters to increase earned media coverage for all CCW’s events.
