As Marketing Chair of the Americas Regional Board of the Worldcom PR Group, a partnership comprised of 110 international PR agency partners, operating in over 95 cities, on 6 continents, Will Ostedt, senior vice president of the agency, attended the Americas Group Regional meeting held in Lima, Peru in mid-October. More than 60 partner firms attended to discuss transformational trends in the PR industry, most notably the vital importance of digital capabilities as part of a PR agency’s overall offerings. Other panel discussions centered around ever-changing company cultures, firm marketing tactics and social media platforms and opportunities. Additionally, partner firms continued to explore creative ways of jointly servicing the needs of clients with national and international interests, seamlessly.
