The 2017 retail holiday shopping season was yet again supported by agency client Market Track and their key insights and data highlighting key trends impacting the all-important 4th quarter. This past holiday season saw retailer promotional activity increase and continue its shift toward digital. It was also the year of the official entrance of voice commerce.
