The Pollack PR Marketing Group (PPMG) once again received top marks in the Worldcom Public Relations Group’s international peer review process of its overall agency operations, quality of its services and its professionalism. The three evaluated categories were in strategic approach, client satisfaction, and Worldcom partner performance.
“The Worldcom Public Relations Group’s peer review is unique among international PR associations in that it sets an extremely high standard and raises the bar for all agencies year after year. One of the only PR partnerships that asks its partners to conduct such peer reviews, it certainly keeps agencies on their toes,” said Noemi Pollack, PPMG’s chief executive officer. “It is a source of pride to be rated in the top echelon of international agencies.”
The process, where each partner office submits to a peer review of its management practices every three years, is one of Worldcom’s key differentiating factors among its network and multinational peers. The process ensures that industry standards are met by every single Worldcom partner and is a way for firms within Worldcom, to collaborate and give critical feedback, much valued by its peers.
