The Pollack Group was named a Top 100 Inspiring Workplace in North America for 2026, ranking #67 and earning Top Small Workplace recognition. This reflects our focus on purpose, culture, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and experience. We see this as motivation to keep improving.
Why this recognition matters right now
At the awards ceremony, Inspiring Workplaces CEO Matt Manners captured a reality every agency leader faces: the relentless pace of change, the urge to chase every new platform, and the risk of leaving teams exhausted instead of energized. His message was direct: leadership now is about creating clarity and stability so people can think, adapt, and contribute at their best. In a landscape where AI and transformation are baseline expectations, the true differentiator is embedding trust, communication, and psychological safety as core priorities.
What actually earned this
The judging criteria mirror the principles we make public and put into practice every day, both in how we present ourselves and in how we structure the agency.
Leadership
Leadership here is measured by a clear standard: modeling vulnerability, owning mistakes, and working alongside junior staff. It is a foundational expectation that shapes how we operate.
Inclusion
Our team is intentionally diverse and structured for equity, with a mandate to challenge legacy assumptions and established routines. We have a continuous directive to question and improve the status quo.
Employee Voice
Feedback moves in every direction — upward, downward, and lateral, and is anchored by a commitment to transparency that replaces false certainty with open dialogue.
Experience
Our track record is measured by outcomes. People stay because the environment is built for growth and longevity.
Purpose and Culture
Two programs illustrate our approach. The Big Red Grant provides $40,000 in pro bono PR and marketing services each year, aligning our expertise with causes that matter. The Noemi Pollack Scholarship, created in honor of our founder, has supported students at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism since 2020, connecting our legacy to the future of communications leadership.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing is where we see the greatest opportunity for continued evolution. We have built a foundation for growth at an individualized pace, supported by authentic mentorship instead of high-pressure tactics. This is where we will focus our next phase of intentional investment.
The bigger idea from the night
Manners closed with a point that resonates: the future of work will belong not to those who adopt technology first, but to those who bring their people forward with clarity and trust. Perfection is not the goal; trust is the currency. This philosophy is embedded in the recognition we have received and will continue to guide our evolution.
Thank you
This recognition is a testament to the team, the people who engage, challenge, and shape the agency into a place worth building. After more than forty years, our focus is not on legacy, but on the next set of actions this acknowledgment requires.
