Honoring the People, Culture, and Values That Power Our Work

A meaningful milestone for our agency, The Pollack Group has been named a finalist by Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW) and its independent panel for the 2026 North American Inspiring Workplaces Awards. We are proud to be recognized for building a people-first culture where teams can thrive.

Presented by Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW), the award celebrates organizations that are rethinking what it means to put people first. Finalists are evaluated based on six core elements that define a people-first culture: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, employee voice, and employee experience. The winners will be announced on June 17, 2026, in Chicago.

What That Looks Like in Practice

“People-first” can mean a lot of things. For us, it shows up in small, consistent ways over time.

  • Early responsibility, real exposure Our integrated PR and marketing internship program reflects how we actually work. Team members are trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute from the start.
  • Evolving with the market, and our clients: As the communications continues to shift , we have expanded our capabilities to meet that change. From crisis communications subscriptions to podcast production and integrated campaigns, our teams are continuously learning, adapting, and delivering work that reflects where the industry is going.
  • Commitment beyond the work: Through initiatives like our annual coat drive, pro bono client partnerships through the Big Red Grant, and the Noemi Pollack Scholarship, we invest in the communities we serve. The same commitment extends into the classroom as well, where Stefan Pollack, President of The Pollack Group, and Jackie Liu, Senior Vice President, teach at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism helping shape the next generation of communications professionals.

Looking Ahead

“We’re proud of our people and the relationships we’ve built with our clients and partners over the years,” said Stefan Pollack, president of The Pollack Group. “For more than four decades, our focus has been on creating an environment where our people can do their best work, and where that work drives meaningful impact for our clients. As we look ahead, our focus remains the same: continue building a culture that attracts great people, fosters great thinking, and delivers great outcomes.”
