Jacqueline Liu

Executive Vice President

“Above all, be the heroine of your life, not the victim.”

Nora Ephron

Jackie focuses on helping companies elevate their three Vs: visibility, voice, and value. In her 20+ years as a communications professional, she has a proven record of success managing global corporate and crisis communications, as well as brand marketing and influencer campaigns.

In her current role, she oversees and manages client relationships and programs in the consumer products, health care, nonprofit, and travel and hospitality industry sectors.

Before joining The Pollack Group, she spent the better of a decade working as a communications professional and consultant in the automotive industry, executing regional and national events for global automotive, food, and beverage companies. She was an in-house Account Executive for The Rogers Group (now Finn Partners) at American Honda Motor Company and at Pacific Communication Group (now PCG Campbell) with Ford Motor Company Western Region.

Anyone who knows Jackie well knows they can rely on her to copy edit anything from a text message to a manuscript. She is an AP Stylebook purist and teaches writing courses at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

Jackie is a die-hard sports fan and a voracious reader. She believes that to be successful in today’s PR and marketing communications environment, one needs to have a broad knowledge of pop culture, diversity issues, and politics – and common sense. In her spare time, you’ll find her reading a novel and moonlighting as a sommelier. She holds three degrees, all from the University of Southern California.

She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Justin.
