The 2024/2025 Noemi Pollack Scholarship at the USC Annenberg Center for Public Relations is now open, and currently accepting applications through March 19.
The $5,000 merit-based tuition scholarship is awarded on an academic year basis to a USC student who has a demonstrated interest in contributing to the important research of the USC Annenberg Center for Public Relations. The scholarship was created in 2020 to honor The Pollack Group’s Founder and Senior Advisor, Noemi Pollack. Noemi envisioned an agency that would connect emotionally with people, stimulate meaningful relationships, and provide a straightforward and no-nonsense approach to communication. She believed PR needed to focus on successful outcomes which should come from breakthrough thinking, bold ideas. The agency’s disruptive approach has attracted clients of every size, across all industries. And its foundational principle embedded in its approach is to understand the human issues that help clients connect with their target audiences and the media. Under her continued guidance, the agency expanded into an integrated public relations and marketing firm, one that remains true to the founding vision.
Applicants must be undergraduate students pursuing a major or minor in public relations at USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism in 2024-2025 with a 3.0 GPA or above. Preference will be given to those with sophomore class standing and above who have completed some public relations coursework.
